DIAGNOSIS

To achieve an estimate, it is essential to make a comprehensive and accurate diagnosis (to request a copy of our comprehensive Assessment Procedure click here). Ufortunately owning to the rising cost of fuel diagnosis is only free for residential properties within a 5 mile radius of Sidcup (please go to our request a diagnosis page). For historic buildings and commercial buildings the diagnosis remains free. We are always happy to offer free advice. Our specially trained competent technicians will identify the exact cause(s) of the damp problem, which consists of:

A visual observation of the condition of the premises (building and environment) and a 24 step assessment procedure of checks examinations and analysis!
 
A technical/chemical analysis using a small portable laboratory, based on our specifications charter and according to the following specific criteria:

  - Assessment of depth of moisture in the walls

  - Record the relative humidity of air

  - Detection of electromagnetic fields

  - Analysis of minerals
 
A further test approximately 1 year after the implementation process to verify the effectiveness of the installation.
